Description

A black and white North Korean map collected by Tom Fuller, whilst guarding prisoners in Korea, 1950-1953. Written upon the map is the English of some Korean locations. It indicates Panmunjan (Panmunjeom), which sits directly on the border of North and South Korea. In 1953, this location was where the Korean Armistice Agreement was signed to put a cessation to war hostilities from the Korean War. It is double sided but only one side is displayed. It also shows the locations where the U.N. Police and U.S. Army were located written in English.
