Description

German rifle cleaning kit introduced in 1934; a thin sheet metal box with two hinged lids which belonged to Frank Bailey; metal tin containing 2 brushes a metal take-down tool, and a pull through chain. Kept with this were an empty bottle of 3 in 1 oil (from C S Rosson and Co Gunmaker of White Lion Street, Norwich); a length of cord with lint attached and a marked section of lint; a khaki textile belt case
