Incomplete recommendation for the an unspecified award to Captain Maitland Scott, Royal Army Medical Corps, attached to 1st Battalion Norfolk Regiment, 15th Infantry Brigade, 5th Division. For conspicious gallantry and dedication to duty as Regimental Medical Officer during the Battle of the Somme July to September 1916, referencing Longueval, Delville Wood, Falfemont Farm and Morval.
