Fossil mollusc, Nassarius tjörnesensis SPAINK (gastropod, dog whelk); well preserved shell, hand collected from the Early Pleistocene (Serripes Zone, horizon 22) deposits, halfway between Graaklöpp and Hælskor, Tjörnes, Iceland collected by P E P Norton, July 1969
