Mollusc shell, Cardium (Acanthocardia) echinatum LINNÉ (bivalve, prickly cockle); pair of valves from same specimen, excellent condition, hand collected from a Quaternary (Pleistocene, Holocene) beach (place not recorded), Tresco, Scilly Isles, England collected by P E P Norton, 1962
