Skirt or petticoat in striped nylon jersey in black, yellow, red, blue and green, gathered onto waistband with side opening, deep frill with tuck effect hem attached to skirt, lined waistband with loops to carry belt, worn as a dancing skirt and swirls beautifully on turns, about 1950
