Dress in black satin, round neck with gathering down left front to thigh level, small scalloped collar at back, three quarter sleeves with turn back cuffs, centre front panel from neck to hem of machine lace applied to black satin, sides and back of black satin with tucks at waist level and self fabric belt round back and sides, trimmed with jet and glass beads and tassels, white pleated machine lace ruff at neck edge, about 1919 to 1920
