Description

Petticoat in cotton tabby weave, wide boat neckline with stand-up broderie anglaise frill, short sleeves and centre back fastening, panel of machine embroidered white eyelet insertion on front with vandyked bottom edge, garment panelled in front and shaped in to waist and over hips, flaring to hem, horizontal tucks from below knee level, about 1900 to 1905
