Dress in cream net with silk edging in eau-de-nil and pale blue, separate bodice and skirt, round neck with very high round collar, decorative front panel with smaller panel at back, embroidered frill extending over shoulder and down back and front to waist, long sleeves gathered in at cuffs, flared skirt with horizontal tucks on bottom half and deep eau-de-nil silk band at hem, about 1904 to 1905
