Description

Petticoat in white jap silk, camisole bodice with back opening, low round neck, waist gathered into wide waistband, short sleeves, side and centre front seams joined by lace insertions, skirt has slightly flared panels also joined by lace insertions, hem has lace trimmed pintucked panels, hand made except for machined tucks at hem, trimmed with machine made Valenciennes lace, fastened with hooks and loops at back opening and ribbon drawstrings at neck and sleeves, about 1915 to 1920
