Local royal medal depicting the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria presented by Harry Bullard, Mayor of Norwich, dated to 1887. Presented to Walter Kent (the donor). Obverse: Veiled diademed bust of Victoria facing left, IN COMMEMORATION OF THE JUBILEE REIGN OF H.M.C.M.QUEEN VICTORIA 1837-1887, Reverse: Crowned circular coat of arms in splendour above inscription, shield and seal of the city of Norwich within open wreath, PRESENTED BY HARRY BULLARD MAYOR OF NORWICH. With red, light green and cream coloured ribbons.
