Drawing, 'Fritton Church Painted Screen' by Cornelius Jansson Walter Winter (1817-1891), pencil, ink, bodycolour, watercolour and gold, 1852; 37.3 cm x 22.7 cm; signed and dated in brown ink lower right with monogram 'CJWW. fect. 1852'; in brown ink lower margin ' Effigies on the N. side of the rood-loft screen in the Church at Fritton Norfolk. On the other 4 divisions / (more south) contains the paintings of the 4 doctors of the Church, and the S. side portion of Screen, origly.. / contained the representations of other saints but partless[sic] destroyed (1852).'
