Description

Fossil, Mammuthus trogontherii (Pohlig) (steppe mammoth) complete upper left molar M2, partially mineralised. enamel is black-grey in colour, the dentine and cement are pale grey to yellow/brown.; Quaternary, Pleistocene, Cromer Forest Bed Series, from Trimingham, Norfolk
