Female cambric and lace corset, cream; boned structure with series of small tucks in the fabric between the cording. 4 steel hooks and eyes at the back of the garment with steel rivets for lacing at the front (12 per side); cream lace [machine made] on the upper edge, lower edge of which is scalloped to a depth of 50 mm; green twill has been used for binding on the inside of the upper edge
