Baby's christening robe; white lawn with lace round the neck and cuffs; vertical panels of whitework on the bodice; centre front panel of skirt - alternate horizontal tucks and insertions of whitework, scalloped edged whitework frill each side of the panel; three horizontal tucks around the hem; part hand and part machine made; made by the donor's husband's mother in 1900 (c) worn by generations of family)
