Description

Chemise, very stiff thick cotton, the skirt has a straight front panel and gathered back, the bodice has front and back yokes and connecting gussets, drawstrings at he back of the neck; the neck at the front is not gathered but has two darts, the sleeves are short, full puffs, tightly gathered on shoulder bands and narrow arm bands; there are three wide tucks at the hem and there is a slit in the right hand side seam; it is numbered 55 (handsewn)
