Description

Two copies of sale particulars for The Hotel de Paris, Cromer with promenade restaurant and premises and cottage, to be sold by auction at the Royal Hotel, Norwich on Friday 10th April 1964, by Allman and Co in conjunction with Way and Waller, sold owing to ill-health under instructions from Messrs Jarvis (Cromer) Ltd, auction in three lots of the hotel, the property known as Lower Tuckers which included the Salad Bowl Restaurant and the Coastguard Look-Out, and Tuckers Cottage in Jetty Street, Cromer, white card cover, 8 glossy pages with black and white photographs of the front elevation of the Hotel de Paris, inside the dining room and one bedroom, inside the back cover is a sketch map of the site
