Board with a hanging cord and headed Cromer Athletic Sports, Whit-Monday June 1st 1903, Subscription List, Frank Hartt, Hon Sec, set out like a page from an accounts book with red lines for the pounds, shillings and pence and the lines filled in with handwritten ink entries with the names of the people or organisations and their contribution, 109 entries for amounts from two shillings and sixpence, (half a crown) to two guineas, (two pounds two shillings), there is no total and 7 empty lines at the bottom of the second column, the list is headed by the vicar, the Rev F. Sheldon, president and includes many of the local gentry, the board is dirty and stained
