Small fragments of 19th century wallpaper from a fisherman's cottage; found one on the other, applied directly to the wood on the underside of the front door lintel, the fourth was found on top of a slat of wood that had been nailed to the underside of the lintel, covering up the other ones, the papers on that parlour had been applied after a colour wash of yellow ochre which was directly on lime plaster
